Observing our EPAS chapter in a state of unmitigated decline, I knew the time for passive observation had passed. Action was no longer a choice, but a necessity. I rallied the team, laying out a vision that sought to balance our shared ambitions with the delicate harmony of our classroom ties. Now, as I sit to write this, I am convinced that while the climb is steep, it is far from impossible provided we are prepared to put in the work.

My conviction is absolute, yet I remain clear-eyed about the challenge ahead. Raising the team's morale will be a feat in itself, and we must be frank: the pace will be unforgiving. In any high-stakes endeavour, those unable to keep stride with the train will inevitably be left at the station. While some met my proposal with a promising spark of resolve, others appeared as mere shadows of themselves, drifting without purpose. But the bar has been set, and the new standard is fixed. We shall see who rises to meet it.

To some, this approach may strike as radical, yet it is born of absolute necessity. To drift is to fail, and I refuse to let our potential wither. We find ourselves in a critical state, but my resolve remains unshaken, for discipline is far more than a mere choice; it is the very bedrock upon which our recovery must be built.
